Custom projects · any sector · from Málaga

First a diagnosis. Then we build something that pays for itself.

We do not know what you will bring us, and you do not need to know yet. We spend a few days inside your business, tell you where the money is leaking and, if it is worth it, we build it.

Diagnosis before proposal · few clients at a time · you talk to whoever builds it

How it works

Two phases: the diagnosis first, build only if it is worth it

Nobody should commission software before knowing what problem they have. The two phases are paid for separately, and the diagnosis can end in "nothing needs building here".

What you walk away with from the diagnosis
  • Where the money is leaking, and how much at each point
  • What can be fixed without building anything
  • What justifies a system, and what it would have to do
  • What data the software you already run will actually give up
  • A fixed quote to build it, if it is worth it

The report is yours whether we build it or not. Priced per case, fixed before we start.

What people bring us

Five sectors with nothing in common, and the same problem

We do not know what you will bring us, but it usually looks like this: somebody already knows something that has not reached whoever had to act on it.

GarageThe vehicle changes state and notifying the customer depends on somebody remembering to do it.
AccountantsDocuments arrive through a personal channel and are never attached to the file.
Estate agencyAn appointment change reaches one of the two parties and not the other.
ConstructionGoods received generate no record, so the order gets placed twice.
DistributionTwo sources for the same date, with no defined authority between them.

In all five the data already exists. What is missing is the notification and the record.

The practical bit

What people always ask.

If something is missing, write to us.

It depends on the size of the operation. We quote per case and the price is fixed before we start. We do not publish a rate: pretending a four-person garage and a group with six sites cost the same would be the first false number in the project.
It happens, and it is a valid outcome. Sometimes it is solved by changing who does what. We tell you, and the project ends there. The good work tends to arrive recommended by someone we told did not need us.
No. The diagnosis is contracted on its own and the report is yours. Taking it to your internal team or another supplier is a legitimate decision. Phase 02 is not guaranteed by either side.
The diagnosis means being inside the operation for a few days, so we travel. The build afterwards is remote. Outside Andalusia we assess it project by project: the trip has to be worth it for you.
Boring and standard, on purpose. Nothing exotic that nobody but us could maintain in two years. The pieces are chosen after the diagnosis, not before.
We always work on top of what you already have, not instead of it. During the diagnosis we check what each system actually lets out, because the sales answer and what the API permits do not always match. If something is closed, you will know before signing.
We use models where they solve something better than ordinary code does — understanding loose text, drafting a reply, classifying what comes in — and we do not use them where they add nothing. AI is a component, not the product. If your problem is solved by a well-placed form, that is what we will propose.
We would rather say it now:
  • If you already have the spec closed and you are looking for hands. What we add is deciding what to build, and that part is already done.
  • If you need to start next week. An honest diagnosis takes time.
  • If the goal is cutting headcount. This replaces nobody.
  • If you want a standalone automation. There are people who do those faster and cheaper.
Get in touch

Half an hour on a call, and a fixed price if it fits

No deck and no written proposal. If we think we are not what you need, we say so on that call.

01You write: what the business does and what repeats when something goes wrong.
02Half an hour on a call. We ask a lot; that is what tells us whether there is anything here.
03If it fits, scope and a fixed price. If not, what we would do in your position.

The email already contains the questions we would ask you anyway. We are also on @vektora.es.
