How we handle your information.
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Vektora’s quick check, contact us, or work with us.
01Who is responsible
02What we collect and why
If you request a review, we receive your name and email or phone, main barrier to growth, the task you want to stop doing by hand and its description if you choose another task, combined daily time, who spends it, your personal hourly valuation only for known time spent by you, and how you would use the available time. We also store the indicative calculation (22 working days, with no savings promise), language, entry source, card number, campaign and referral parameters, user-agent, submission reference and consent record. We use these to respond and consider a proposal. Answers and results are calculated in your browser and only transmitted when you submit the form. Your language preference is remembered in localStorage until you change it or clear site data. We do not store your answers or contact details there.
Your IP address is used temporarily to limit repeated requests. Our hosting provider may process it in technical logs. Please do not include other people’s personal details or sensitive information in the free-text field.
If you write to us by email, WhatsApp, or Instagram, we use the contents of your message to reply. If we start working together, we handle the information needed to prepare and provide the service and meet legal obligations.
03Legal bases
Submitting the quick check requires you to tick an initially unchecked box agreeing that Vektora may contact you about this request (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Preparing a proposal or providing a requested service may rely on pre-contractual steps or a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). You may withdraw consent by contacting us; doing so does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
04How long we keep information
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them. If you become a client, we keep the relevant information during our working relationship and for any applicable legal periods. You can ask us to delete a request that is no longer needed.
05Providers and international transfers
Vercel hosts the website. Requests are stored in a Supabase database. When a request is saved, the system attempts to email the administration inbox a notice through Resend with its reference, language, source, an answer summary including the task description and personal priority, and time and value estimates where applicable; contact details remain in the private admin area. If the database is unavailable, the system attempts to email a full copy of the request to that inbox through Resend. That copy includes the quick-check fields and user-agent. Meta’s WhatsApp and Instagram are involved if you choose to contact us there.
The system retains functions for older records that may use Inngest for scheduled work, Resend for messages, and Anthropic for reports. New quick-check requests do not trigger those automated reports. Older records may retain fields requested by their version of the check.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. You can ask us about their locations and applicable transfer safeguards using the contact address above.
06Your customers’ information during a project
This website does not directly collect information about your customers or patients. If a future project requires us to handle such information for your business, the purposes, data categories, safeguards, and providers must be agreed in the relevant contract before work begins. This quick check is not presented as an existing dental or restaurant system.
07Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. You can also withdraw consent and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Email danylo@vektora.es to exercise your rights. We may ask for additional information if needed to confirm your identity.
08Security and children
We restrict access to requests and use encrypted transmission. The site is intended for business owners and professionals, not children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so we can review it.
09Changes
We will update this policy when our services or data flows change. The review date appears at the top.
